Beth Stewart’s Christmas Banner from Convention, Canberra

This gorgeous Christmas banner was inspired entirely by the ever-so-creative and clever, Elisabeth Stewart.  You can check out Beth’s beautiful work here.

Beth seriously inspired everyone at Convention in Canberra on stage this year with her wonderful creations!  Please excuse my poor photography, it’s hard to photograph something long with a standard camera!  But I have tried my best to re-create Beth’s Christmas banner here – this is a “Merry” banner:

This is a “Peace” banner (sorry about the TV!!):

Here are close-ups of the “Merry” banner:

Everyday Enchantment 1st birthday present

This is a card I made for a gorgeous baby boy who turned 1 in Feburary this year.

I was inspired by this card here.  Such a clever idea!  (So easily done with any DSP) And I didn’t really change anything from that card except the type of ribbon, brad and number.

I used the Everyday Enchantment DSP to cut out rectangles for the 3 layers of the present and used the card stock Pool Party, Peach Parfait and Whisper White.  Then I stamped “Celebrate” from Outlined Occasions in Staz On Black and then coloured in using my blender pens and the ink pads Lucky Limeade, Pool Party, Peach Parfait and Poppy Parade.  I cut out the number 1 using the Big Shot and Simple Numbers Bigz Die using Silver Glitter paper.

Everyday Enchantment 7th birthday card

So I’m a little late with the Sale-a-bration cards, but I did make a few!  I’ll pop them up over the next few days.

This is a card I made for one of my daughter’s best friends at school.  Weren’t the Sale-a-bration colours and stamps fantastic this year?  It’s so easy to make an amazing card with beautiful tools 🙂

For this card, I used the Everyday Enchantment DSP, the stripes and the flowers on the butterfly.

I used the Big Shot to cut the big butterfly from the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die and the little butterflies from the Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die.  And the Simple Numbers Bigz Die for the number 7.  Plus I used the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder on the bottom strip of Whisper White paper.

I added the Pool Party ruffled ribbon and was more than pleasantly surprised at how PRETTY this ribbon really is.  I love it!

And what little girl’s card wouldn’t be complete without some Rhinestone jewels?
